Bridal Hair and Makeup

Beautiful Bride Mercedes! I had so much fun doing this look for her. I started by coloring her hair a rich chocolate brown a few weeks before the wedding, then I added extensions (her hair is shoulder length) and curled it all, giving her a nice bump in the back for her veil to sit behind. I did her makeup with light smokey eyes, natural rosy cheeks and a pink lipstick.

Highlights and Lowlights

The client asked for something to spice up her natural light brown hair. I added blonde highlights and red-violet lowlights for this awesome look!

Red with blonde highlights

I custom created a natural copper-red color and added blonde highlights + cut. This red is my absolute favorite color!

Fall Color

 

Auburn color with dark auburn lowlights and copper highlights equal the perfect color for fall!

Brown/Red Ombre

A cute twist on the classic ombre. This color starts with brown and fades down into red tips with a red accent added under the bang to make it pop. Plus a medium layered cut.

Auburn with blonde highlights + cut

 

Auburn color with blonde highlights plus cut. This is one of my favorite colors that I have done. It looks gorgeous on her! She wanted something new so we added a heavy side bang to spice things up even more! :)

Bridesmaid updo + extensions

 

Bridesmaid updo. Her hair is cut around shoulder length but the bride requested long, curled side pony-tails for her bridesmaids, so we added extensions to get it exactly how the bride wanted it. Very elegant!

Chunky highlights

 

Dark brown with blonde and auburn "chunky" highlights plus a long, layered cut. :)

Beauty Pageant hair! Big, full curls and a cute little bump in the front! She is too cute!

Neutral grey nails with leopard print

 

Neutrals are some of my favorite colors to use on nails. This is my favorite O.P.I. polish called Skull&Glossbones. It's a gorgeous light grey color. I added a leopard pattern on the ring finger to make it really POP. :)

Extensions + beautiful curls + color

 

 

Extensions (her real hair is cut in an A-line bob, around shoulder length) and gorgeous curls for prom. The look is finished off with little rhinestones in her hair. I custom colored her extensions to blend with her hair color.

Updo for prom. French braid on one side into a pin-curled bun.

Peek-a-boo color

 

Peek-a-boo color. Blonde on top, red-violet on the bottom and in the bangs (my camera didn't capture how vibrant the red is). I stole the 3rd picture from her facebook because you can see the color better.

Euro-mullet

 

This little cutie is sporting one of the hottest trends in mens/boys hair right now: a Euro-mullet. I know the name sounds funny (the word mullet usually being used to describe not so attractive hair from the 80s) but this is a HOT trend that became popular first with European soccer players and has now migrated to the US. It's basically a mohawk that can be left a little longer on the sides, is blended really well like a fade, and can be worn spiked up (like this little boys) or down.
